Residential and small business snow removal
Our small business and residential snow removal services are based on your property size. Customers are guaranteed at least one clearing in a 24 hour period. We use shovels, leaf blowers and a snow blower for heavier loads.
Small residential property:
Based on a property with just a sidewalk (including town/city walkway) up to your front entry.
$160/month with contract
Medium residential property:
Based on a property with a sidewalk (including town/city walkway) and a 2 car driveway.
$185/month with contract
Large residential property:
Based on a property that is on a corner lot including your sidewalk to your entry way, with or without driveway.
$210/month with contract
Extras included:
Traction sand or ice melt as per customer preference (all ice we use is eco-friendly and is only used on spots nesecary
With a contract if it does not snow, we will do ice checks of all properties once per week.
Add on extras:
Backyard snow removal - Add $30/month with contract

Small Business snow removal
Based on size of your property and areas you want done
After a site inspection, we will discuss all the services you would like to have done, which can include:
- All walkways around your business
- Parking lot snow removal
- Ice melt or traction sand at all entrances
- Traction sand mixed with salt (pickle mix) on your parking lot areas
- Monthly scrape down with a bobcat to remove all hard packed snow and ice
All small business customers will receive twice per week ice checks when it does not snow.
**The snow from your parking lot will need to be stored onsite at a spot designated by you, and can be removed for an added charge once a month.
